CSW designs and manufactures cylindrical or conical springs with optimized index, coil count, and end configuration to achieve the specified spring rate and load at working height while controlling solid height and buckling risk. We advise on material and finish based on the operating environment, then validate performance through load‑at‑height testing and end‑grind flatness where required.
