Extension springs deliver controlled pull force and are supplied with precision‑formed ends such as machine hooks, extended hooks, side loops, or custom inserts. CSW tunes initial tension, body geometry, and travel to meet the required load at full extension while protecting against over‑stretch and hook stress. Materials and coatings are selected for the environment to balance corrosion resistance, strength, and cost.
